
Pr. Priscilla Kulaba
From a background that was typically Muslim, in 1992, she gave her life to Jesus under the
umbrella of Calvary Assembly of God in Morogoro, pastored by the late Bishop Zephaniah
Ryoba and Bishop Dustan Haule Maboya.


Family.
She was born and raised in Tanzania, in a city called Morogoro, to the late Dr. Doto
Muhombolage and her mother, Rehema Sheiza, who is still alive.
She got married in 1995 to Apostle Wilson Evans Kulaba in Morogoro. Together, they have
three children: Shimei, Jesse, and Jasmine. Both she and her husband serve as pastors of
the Jubilee Christian Life Churches in Uganda.

Servanthood.
Pastor Priscilla Kulaba is also a counselor by profession, alongside many other titles she
holds, such as mother, wife, grandmother, and spiritual mother

Early Childhood Education and Human Rights for children

Advocacy.
She is an advocate for Early Childhood Education and Human Rights for children in the city of Ottawa.She attended the School of Ministry Leadership Training at United College and Fanshawe.
Jubilee Smiles
In 2002, she felt the call of God upon her life and started an outreach initiative called Jubilee
Smile. This program is designed to bring hope to orphans and widows by funding
small-scale businesses and self-sustaining activities in home settings, aimed at raising and
sustaining their household economies.







God’s Servant
She’s seen God raise and elevate her to great places, all
because she is a woman of great faith and, more so, a prayer warrior—one of the great
intercessors of this generation.
