Apostle Dr. Wilson E. Kulaba(PhD) is the Vision bearer, Founder and President of Jubilee Christian
Life Churches Uganda, an umbrella that oversees a network of over 200 Churches in the various
Regions & Districts of Uganda.
The Head Quarter of this fast growing and dynasty Ministry whose
main objective among others is; Touching Lives one at a time through the Love of God, is
situated in Kireka-Kampala, along the Northern Bypass.

Ap. Dr. Kulaba is married to Pastor Priscilla Kulaba and together, they have three Children Shemmei, Jessy, and Jazmine.

Ap. Dr. Evans Kulaba's Ministry among other things runs and
facilitates all the day to day activities and programs of 3(three) Primary Schools in Bugadde,
Namadi & Buyemba all in Mayuge District, Uganda.
Through the years, many Children have enrolled in all
these schools most of whom are orphans.
